My kind of community.
My earliest memories are around a fire with family and neighbors in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania, and I've yearned to make similar memories with my own family.
I make a career of hosting events large and small, from charity fundraisers to partnerships with NASCAR and the Today Show, New York to San Francisco. And also storytelling as a marketing professional, columnist, and blogger.
When I saw that N2 Publishing, the industry leader in hyper-local publications known for their ability to connect neighbors, had identified Chadds Ford as a promising area, I felt the culmination of my experiences could be put to good use, so I jumped on it. It didn't hurt that my wife and I, with our three young boys, had been looking for a place with open spaces to settle.
Starting in April 2018, I met with hundreds of residents in Chadds Ford to form relationships, learn about the area, and figure out how I can be of service to the community. The result of those many conversations is Chadds Ford JunXion.
Now we’ve built an award-winning 60+ page publication and receive more resident stories we can publish each month. And I’m still doing events, house warming soirees, block parties, private meet & greets, and so much more.
I'm honored to, in some small way, be a blessing to the people of Chadds Ford and the surrounding area, a place that my family now calls home.
